Here at Si Si Select we pride ourselves on being as helpful as we possibly can be to our customers, this we consider to be our first priority.

Our aim is to market good quality products, through our brochures and website, which have come to you directly from the factory, we endeavour to do this as often as possible.

In providing this direct service we aim to reduce the costs to you our customers whilst providing a convenient facility to purchase gifts whether they be personal or for the important people in your life.

We believe we are achieving our goals but feel sure we do not get it right all of the time and so we welcome feedback both positive and negative in order that we can improve our service to you.

Frequently asked questions

  1. What if I don’t like the items?


  2. Answer: You can return any item, for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If you return the item back to us you can either exchange the item or have a full refund.

  3. What if the size is incorrect?


  4. Answer: You can return the item to us and request a different size, size option are available as the answer to question 12. If you return the item to us you can either exchange the item or have a full refund providing the item is returned within the 14-day period.

  5. What if my item is damaged?


  6. Answer: Please return the item to us and we will apologise and exchange the item or if you would prefer you can have a full refund providing the item is returned within the 14-day period.

  7. How do I return an item?


  8. Answer: You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund (excluding postage) or exchange. Regrettably for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of Earrings.

    How to Return or Exchange
    1. There is no need to telephone us when sending a return.
    2. Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order and tick the exchange or refund box.
    3. Send the parcel to: Si Si Select Ltd, Unit S4, Venture House, Cross Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7PG.
    4. Please take your parcel to the nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods can be returned to Si Si Select using the return label if posted in the UK.
    5. We will email confirmation of receipt, if an email address has been provided, otherwise you will receive your refund or exchange within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt by us.
    6. Refunds bought as presents can only be refunded back to the original purchaser.

    Legal Statement on Returns
    Returning any item within the 14 day specified period will be taken as cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14-day post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Si Si Select will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however return the goods to Si Si Select on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. We reserve the right to charge for free gifts previously supplied to you with your order should returning items mean that you fall below the discount/offer threshold and you do not return the free gift. Your statutory rights on returns remain unaffected and are considerably enhanced by all of this.

  9. Why do you need my address and telephone number etc?


  10. Answer: We ask for these details so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order. Sometimes, although very rarely, there is a delivery problem and we need to contact the customer to resolve it. We also contact customers through e-mail with special Si Si Select offers and information. For example, if we have your email address, we can alert you to our Internet Sale straight away. You'll be at the front of the queue! We do not make e-mail addresses or telephone numbers available to other companies. (We do sometimes make postal addresses available to companies we think our customers might be interested in, but if you do not want this service please give us a call and we will make sure that you do not receive any such mailings.)

  13. How do I place an order?


  14. Answer: You can place an order in four ways:

    • On line: Visit: www.sisiselect.com or email us at: sales@sisiselect.com. Ordering online is a very quick and simple process. It is easy for you to browse through many items until you make your selection. Online ordering can reduce input errors because you enter information you are familiar with.
    • Telephone orders are accepted between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and during very busy periods on weekends from 11am until 4pm. Please call 01625 420 088 if you would prefer to order by telephone.
    • Fax: You can place your order by completing our order form and faxing it to us on: 01625 420 088. If you do not have an order form please telephone our customer services team on 01625 420 088 and a form will be faxed to you.
    • By mail: If you would prefer to send in your order please complete the order form and mail it to: Si Si Select Limited, Unit S4, Venture House, Cross Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 7PG.

  15. What do you do with my credit card details?


  16. Answer: We do not hold credit card details in any format. Fax and postal orders are shredded once your order is processed, orders are processed once the payment has been verified either by your bank or by the HSBC online credit card verification system. For online and telephone orders we never hold your credit cards details in any format. Our online ordering system uses the HSBC online credit card verification system and as such we are never in possession of your credit card details. In addition any credit card processing between the user and HSBC is fully encrypted.

  17. Is your website secure?


  18. Answer: All Si Si Select online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.

    We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.

    Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order.

    This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

    The encryption technique we use is the highest standard available for e-commerce and certified by Thawte, one of the world's most respected certification bodies for Internet firms.

  19. How long will an order take to arrive?

    For items in stock

    First class unregistered delivery £2.95 - 2 to 5 working days
    Next business day registered delivery £6.00 - Next Day Before 1.00pm
    Overseas delivery £6.00 - 5 to 10 working days

    If there is an expected delay, we will send you a letter or email asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

    Local import duties may be payable upon receipt.

    I'm afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. Some goods sell much better than we predict; we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

  23. What is the quality of your products like?


  24. Answer: Our products come from a variety of Countries including China, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Thailand and the USA and we continually look for new and exciting products to add to our collection

    Silver Products

    • All of our silver products are made from 925 Grade Silver. This means that the silver used is 92.5% of the total metal in the product and is the highest grade of silver used for jewellery making. All silver jewellery requires polishing occasionally to enhance its look and feel. The majority of our products are anti-tarnish and should not discolour over time. All of our products are nickel free.

    Titanium Products

    • Our titanium products are manufactured from aircraft quality titanium of the highest quality. The products are non-allergic, highly durable, lightweight, and non magnetic.

    Steel Products

    • Our steel products are fastidiously manufactured in Germany from surgical quality steel, which means that this jewellery is ideal for those with sensitive skin. The products are non-allergic, non-tarnish and highly durable.

    Amber Products

    • Our Amber products are beautifully crafted from 925 Silver and Polish Amber made in Gdansk, Poland. Natural amber comes in many shades and whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the general colours of the finished product are as pictured due to the nature of this product shades may vary.

    Mother of Pearl Products

    • All of our 925 Silver and Mother of Pearl products are made in Thailand and are of good quality. Natural Mother of Pearl comes in many shades and whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the general colours of the finished product are as pictured due to the nature of this product shades may vary.

    Enamel Products

    • Our 925 Silver and enamel products are made for us in Italy where they are beautiful designed and manufactured.
